Refunds in such cases will be processed after verification.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds shall not be provided in the following situations:

Diagnostic or inspection charges

Services already completed

Customer dissatisfaction without technical fault

Change of mind after service completion

Delays caused due to customer unavailability

Issues caused by pre-existing faults or misuse

AMC visits already availed

Cash payments already settled with technician
4. AMC (ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT) REFUNDS

AMC payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.

Partial refunds may be considered only if no visits have been availed, at the sole discretion of the Company.

Unused visits do not qualify for refunds unless explicitly stated.
5. PART REPLACEMENT & MATERIAL COSTS

Costs for spare parts, components, or materials once installed are non-refundable.

Warranty on parts (if any) shall be governed by the manufacturer’s policy.
6. REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund, customers must:
