AC Repair & Service Policy 1. Service Scope Our AC repair and servicing include inspection, diagnosis, cleaning, and repair of residential and commercial air conditioning systems. Services may include: AC inspection and fault diagnosis AC general servicing and cleaning Gas pressure check and gas refilling (if required) Repair or replacement of faulty components 2. Service Charges Basic service charges will be displayed on the website or communicated before the service. Any additional repair or spare part cost will be informed to the customer before proceeding. Customers must approve the repair cost before work begins. 3. Spare Parts Policy Spare parts are charged separately from service charges. Only standard quality or company-approved parts will be used. Warranty on spare parts depends on the manufacturer or supplier terms. 4. Inspection Policy If the customer requests inspection only, a diagnostic fee may apply. The inspection fee may be adjusted if the repair is approved and completed during the visit. 5. Service Timing Service requests are handled during our working hours. Emergency services may be available depending on technician availability. Customers must provide safe access to the AC unit. 6. Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for: Providing correct service location and contact details. Ensuring electricity supply is available during the service. Allowing proper access to indoor and outdoor AC units. 7. Warranty on Service Repair work may carry a limited service warranty (typically 7–30 days depending on work). Warranty applies only to the specific repair performed and does not cover unrelated faults. 8. Gas Refilling Policy Gas refilling is done only after checking for leakage or system issues. If leakage exists, repair must be completed before gas filling. 9. Cancellation Policy Customers may cancel a booking before the technician arrives. If the technician reaches the location and service is cancelled, a visit charge may apply. 10. Safety and Liability Our technicians follow standard safety procedures. The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues caused by improper installation by third parties. 11. Payment Policy Payments can be made through: Online payment -UPI -Cash Payment must be completed after the service is finished. 12.
